Booking and cancellation policy
Clients must be aged 18 and above to book an appointment. We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or rebooking requests. Failure to provide this notice may result in the loss of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to secure a future booking. Extenuating circumstances can be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Pre-treatment information and confidentiality
It is crucial to inform us of any medical conditions or medications you are currently taking before your treatment. All information shared is kept strictly confidential. Payments for our treatments can be made conveniently through several methods. You can pay your deposit online via the Fresha app. For full payment, we accept bank transfers, cash, and card payments. We aim to make your payment experience as straightforward as your treatment.
